General Terms and Conditions of Business

§1 Delivery and service
All deliveries and service are subject to the present terms and conditions.
A legally binding purchase agreement is archieved by incoming order and its acceptance by the publishing company.

§2 Orders
Orders can be placed by mail, fax or email.
Unfortunately it is not possible to send view copies.

§3 Invoice and Payment
Invoices are due immediately and have to be payed without deduction. Open invoices must be paid within 14 days.
Orders for more than 100 € or from foreign countries will be shipped once an advance payment is done after receiving the bill.
All prices are in € and can be changed without advance notice.

§4 Transportation costs
Fixed delivery charge of 3,- € for national postage. No charge for national orders of 20,- € upwards. Orders from foreign countries follow the fees of Deutsche Post.

§5 Complaints
Complaints because of defect or wrong delivery and quantitive deviation are to be announced by mail, fax or email within one week after receiving the goods. Exchange of goods is only permitted in case of a wrong or defect delivery and after previous consultation.

§6 Products and ownership
Stefan Schäfer remains the owner of the goods until full payment. The customer accepts terms and conditions by giving his order.

§7 Sales Tax
The invoice amount does not include sales tax according to §19 Sales Tax Act.

§8 Others
If one or more regulation of the terms and conditions should prove to be invalid or void, it will be replaced by regulations of law. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.
